Warranty period
1) The company will send the ventilator back to the place of origin for inspection and maintenance.
2) ventilator maintenance and shipping are free (except for man-made damage*), and provide free temporary loan of ventilators of the same level until the repair of the passenger plane is completed.

1) Our company needs to charge HK$500 for inspection and quotation. (It will only be charged after the customer accepts the preliminary quotation and agrees to the maintenance terms, and the inspection and quotation fees will not be refunded.)
2) The company will send the hydrogen generator back to the place of origin for inspection and maintenance.
3) The maintenance fee of the hydrogen generator shall be paid by the customer, and the company will provide free temporary loan service of the hydrogen generator of the same level until the passenger plane is repaired properly. (The free hydrogen machine loan service is only applicable to the hydrogen machine purchased by the company, and can be enjoyed within the first five years from the invoice)
Accessories required for hydrogen generator
(1) Ear-nose hanging hydrogen breathing throat (it is recommended to replace one every two weeks)
(2) Stag filter element (needs to be replaced about 1,000 hours)

Please call to make an appointment for maintenance together with the product and documents during the warranty period.
Any damage to the product due to human abuse, misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized assembly, repair or alteration is not covered under this warranty.
The maintenance period does not include any man-made damage repair and shipping costs, and the customer must bear all the money.
Consumables such as hoses and filter elements are not covered by this maintenance.
The hydrogen generator is not transferable, and the maintenance service is limited to the person on the receipt.
The hydrogen generator is not a medical product and does not have any curative effect. The company will not be responsible for any impact on health.
